The QROOI 2018 Stakes Program has been approved. Please see our Stakes Program on the QROOI website for dates and fee payments. Stakes booklets are being printed this week and will be available at the end of the week. Monique will also have booklets at the Horsemen’s Party Saturday March 24th, 2018.
